TRADES UNION LEADER MASKED MEN'S DEED ST. LOUIS. Sept. 20 Two masked men killed Arthur Schading, known as tho Tsar of the St. Louis Trades Unions and the principal figure in the union disputes. Tho assailants fired 12 shots into his body and head and fled. Another business agent met his death under similar circumstances in 1922. The previous crime was never solved.
