MIDDLESEX UNDERTAKING pritish "Wireless RUGBY, Sopt. 20 A new reservoir at Staines, MiddleBex, which is to hold 4,400,000,000 gallons and to cost £1,250,000, is beginning to take shape. About 1000 men are working night and day in 10-hour shifts on tho project, which the Metropolitan Water Board expects will be Completed in about 30 months.
