1 'AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP [ FERRIER STILL IN FORM (Received September 21, 10.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 21 - Play in the New South Wales iimateur golf championship was resumed jto-day. James Ferrier defeated P. Clapham, 12 and 11. Other outstanding results were: R. With.vcombe beat T. Tanner 3 and 2; D. Davies beat F. Headlam 6 and 5; A. Waterson beat L. Carter 8 and 7. Ferrier had five birdies on the home{vvard round.
