IMPROVEMENT IN METALS NORTH BROKEN HILLS RISE Levels for metal issues showed a general firming in the mining market on the Auckland Stock Exchange yesterday. North Broken Hill sold on a rising market, gaining up to 2s 2d in two transfers. Wellington Alluvials eased a shade.
