INFLOW TO AMERICA VIEWS OF THE TREASURER WASHINGTON, Sept. 15 The Secretary of the Treasury, Mr. Henry Morgenthau, stated to-day that there is no reason for alarm about the inflow of foreign capital to the United States, due to the European situation. "If people want to send money here as a haven of refuge," he said, "we will keep it hero and take good care of it. It would not be so pleasant if money were moving the other way. 1 would classify the inflow as a 'pleasant worry.'
