WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION
BIRKENHEAD ACTIVITIES The monthly meeting of the Birkenhead Women's Association was hold this .week. The president, Airs. J. Osborne, Mayoress of Birkenhead, presided.

Dallimorc; and elocutionary numbers. and a violin .solo by Miss Thoral Keefe. 'J'lio accompanist was Airs. 14. Bollard. Supper was served bv meinbers of the committee.
A report of the activities of the Auckland branch of the National Council of Women was presented by AJrs. A. JO. Wood.
A suggestion that a rest rooni for women and children should be provided at Highbury Corner, was referred to the Borough Council.
