CARS COLLIDE TWICE
UNUSUAL TE KUITI CASE NEGLIGENCE CHARGE FOLLOWS [by telegraph OWN correspondent] TE KUITI, Wednesday What was stated by the magistrate, Mr. W. H. Freeman, to bo a case almost without parallel was heard in the Magistrate's Court to-day, when W. E. B. McShane, a traveller, pleaded guilty to a charge of negligent driving.
It was stated that his car collided with another vehicle, and then a short distance along tho road collided with the same vehicle once again as the owner was surveying the damage caused by the first collision. No one was injured, and the damage to the cars was not extensive. McShane was fined £lO and costs.
