Reen interest in the recently-formed Ruawai Young People's Association was reported at the general meeting, when it was stated that membership numbered 150. Much equipment had been purchased and, as greater space was required, the Government had been approached for aid. Officers were elected as follows: —Chairman, Mr. R. C. Mitchell; committee, Misses N. Hansen, V. filing, Messrs. A. T. Smith, K. R. Guncferson, N. Laing, G. Robson, Lester Meir and F. Parker; secretary, Miss J. Wilson; treasurer, Mr. H. McCarthy. '
