SPRING PROGRAMME FINE ACCEPTANCE LIST EIGHTEEN REMAIN IN CUP STAKES DRAWS FIELD OF 28 Acceptances lor the first day of the Avondalo Jockey Club's Spring Meeting, to be hold on' September 17 and 19, total 1 ;j6, giving an average field of just under 20. There are 18 left in the Cup and Flying Handicap, 28 in the Stakes and 15 in the Guineas, which is run cm the second day. in spite of the large fields the necessity for any divisions does not arise, as the course is a very roomy one. Tho committee will reach a decision over the week-end as to tho system of betting to bo used. Details: —

Hosking,' wishes to uso him for a whilo at tho stud. • i A recent addition to J. Eraser's team is Worthy Empress, previously trained by R. B. Berry. She is by Worthy Bingen from Queen Chimes, tho latter a half-sister to tho record-holder, Worthy Queen, in her place Berry has secured a two-year-old filly by Hey do Oro —TJcgina Logan, and so half-sister to Southern Chief.
