HAURAKI PLAINS DRAINAGE [by TKLKGRArrt ()\VN COH H HSI'IIMIRNT j THAMES, Friday Advice that the Local Government Amalgamation Committee had arranged to hear evidence from drainage boards on .September 13 was received at a meeting of the Hauraki Plains Drainage Board. The chairman, Mr. ('. W. Parfitt, suggested that the board make represenin writing without sending a delegate. It was decided to leave tho question to the chairman and clerk.
