Sir, —Our Labour Governnfont is destroying thrift, especially among the young people. There is no incentive for them to mako the best of their lives, when the Prime Minister says work less, get moro iclld time, more pay, no need to save, tho Government will keep you to-morrow. Those who have been thrifty and have helped to make New Zealand what it is to-day are being "taxed higher and yet higher, till soon the goose that lays the golden eggs will bo no more. Then where will Hon. Nash get his money to finance his big schemes? Women ol : Now Zealand, freeborn British citizens, awake. Let us not lose our great heritage of freedom by selling it to a Socialist Government for a mess of pottage. A Woman Worker.
