TAXES ON EARNINGS
FILM STAR'S COMPLAINT HOLLYWOOD, Sept. 2 Carole Lombard has admitted that the screen yielded her £11(3,250 last year. Taxes and expenses, however, absorbed all but £SOOO. State and Federal taxes took £99,000, the actress asserts. Management, publicity and other costs absorbed £12,250.
