NEW DENTAL CLINIC
NAPIER STREET SCHOOL ESTABLISHMENT AUTHORISED The establishment of a dental clinic at the Napier Street School has been authorised by the Government, according to advice received yesterday from the Hon. W. E. Parry, ' Minister of Internal Affairs and Pensions, and member for Auckland Central, who mentioned in his telegram to the secretary of the school committee, Mr. G. W. S. Marten, that a nurse to take charge would bo appointed to start next April. The new clinic, it is understood, will also provide for the needs of several schools in adjoining districts. The dental clinic at Beresford Street School is now equipped and ready, a nurse having been apnointed to take up duty on Monday. The clinic will be officially opened by the Minister of Education, the Hon. P. Fra.ser, at the same time as the new Beresford Street School.
