OVERSEAS LEAGUE
SOCIAL EVENING A social evening was held in the Overseas League rooms last week by the Crusade for Social Justice. A nautical programme, arranged by Mrs. V. Clay, included items by Miss Leonore Dunnett, Miss Klsio Dunham, Mr. A. Olney, Mr. Harold Knight, Mr. Knight, sen., Miss Mavis Ward and pupils. Marine slides were shown by Mr. Nelson Stedman. Winners of competitions were Miss McGowan and Master Robert Hawarth.
An address "'as given by Canon W. Averill. Mr. E. C. Cutten presided. Supper was served bv Matron Miller and her committee.
