King Boris will discuss thy European political situation with the Prime Minister, Mr. Chamberlain, The members of the Balkan Entente —Turkey, Rumania, Greece and Yugoslavia—signed a treaty at the beginning of August cancelling the arms limitations imposed upon Bulgaria by the Treaty of Neuilly. A mutual nonaggression agreement among the five States was also made, and it was considered certain that this foreshadowed the early entry of Bulgaria into the Balkan Entente. It was stated recently that a group of French banks was considering lending Bulgaria 300,000,000 francs.
