TRADE NEGOTIATIONS
AUSTRALIA AND AMERICA CANBERRA. Sept. 5 Tho Prime Minister, Mr. J. A. Lyons, announces that the possibility of initiating commercial negotiations with America has been informally discussed. Tho position is so complex that further special study will bo given in order to find a basis for negotiations.
