FISH RETAILERS

CONCERN AT COMPETITION Concern at the action of wholesalers entering into the retail trade was expressed at a representative meeting of fish retailers held last night in the Auckland Labour Club rooms. The meeting decided to write to the Minister of Industries and Commerce, the Hon. D. G. Sullivan, requesting that legislation be brought down to protect their interests against this competition while tho wholesalers received any protection in the wholesale trade. ',The support of local members of Parliament will bo sought.
