TROOPS IN SUDAN
NEW BRITISH COMMANDER (Received September 4, G. 5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Sept. 3 The King has approved the appointment of Brigadier W. Piatt as MajorGeneral commanding the troops in tho Sudan, and Commandant of the Sudan Defence Force, as from November, 1938.
