FELLS WINS A GRADE Members of the Akarana Golf Club played the fifth round of the Tyler Memorial Cup (best four of six medal rounds), when contestants were divided into two grades. Results wore as follows: A Grade.—J. F. Fella, 81, IL—73; H. Tills, 81, 7 —74; J. I). Mackinvon, 86, 12 — 71; H. E. Caslimorc, 85, 10—75. B Grade.—AV. Rogers. 95, 24 —71; H. Raima n, 1)0, IS —72; H. G. Lovell, 91, ID — 72; C. A. Best, 80, 13—73. The semi-finals of (lie Howey Walker trophies, four-ball best-ball match play, resulted as follows:—K. J. York (8) and F. B. Thompson (7), beat C. G. Swallow and J. R Campbell (19), 5 and 4; J. 11. R. Biss (5) ami C. li. Taylor (0), beat J. C. Mitchell and H. E. Bridgens (10), 3 and 2.
