TENNIS CLUB DANCE
SUCCESSFUL EVENING The Home Bay Tennis Club pavilion presented a gay scene on Saturday night, when the social committee held another of its periodical dances. There was an excellent attendance considering the weather. Tho clubhouse was decorated with streamers of blue and gold, large clusters of balloons and coloured lights. Miss Betty Birch gave an elocution item as an interlude, and montc carlos were won by Miss Joyce Haitc and Mr. K. Evans and Miss A. Canunell and Mr. J. I'Vankham.
Among tho dancers were:—Miss June Gifiord, who worn black ring velvet; Miss Eunice Shut.es, bluo silk; Miss Joyce Haito, midnight bluo georgette; Miss Wilnia Keefl'e, Marina bluo taffetas; Miss Helen Budgo, black taffetas; Miss Alma Haynos, liiuo green silk; Miss Joyce Barclay, black silver georgette; Miss Harvey, striped taffetas; Miss A. Canunell, black taffetas; Miss A. Comes, red satin; Miss E. Cammell. ciel bluo silk; Miss 1). Helming, gold lame; Miss B. Cotter, cyclamen taffetas; .Miss .1. Ku.ssell, gold georgette; Miss Topsev Mansill, white georgette; Miss S. Collins, pink suede maroeain; Miss J. Williams, black velvet; Miss A. Brown, salmon pink taffetas; Miss L. Dilner, black velvet; Miss June King, black lace; Miss Kitty Cross, white spotted net; Miss Peggy Leary, navy blue and white chiffon; Miss Spragg, lemon georgette.
