STOREMAN'S INJURY

REVIEW OF AWARD SOUGHT COURT RESERVES DECISION The hearing of a motion for review of a suspensory award brought by William James Yco, storeman (Mr. Clipper), was concluded in tho Arbitration Court yesterday. Defendant was Pearson Knowles and Rylands Brothers, Limited (Air. Horo). from whom plaintiff in 1937 claimed compensation for an injury alleged to have arisen from and in the course of his employment on May 28, 1936. Mr. Justice o'Regan presided, ana with him were Messrs. W. Cecil Prime and A. L. Monteith.

The question at issue, it was stated on Monday, was the probable result of an operation to cure an abdominal injury which had "-.lightly recurred since the Court made its suspensory award in 1937, when no compensation was allowed. The Court reserved its decision after hearing further medic-il evidence.
