WALLET FROM THE SKY
It would naturally be thought that any small article dropping from an aeroplane high up in the sky would ba lost for ever. Flight-Lieutenant . Hawes certainly thought so when he lost his wallet while flying over Essex five years ago. But the other day, to his great astonishment, he had it returned tc him bv a farm labourer, who had discovered it while digging potatoes in a field at Abridge! The wallet was none the worse for its ac]venture, and its contents were intact.
