BRILLIANT METEOR

Sir, —The unusual trail left by the brilliant meteor which foil on Tuesday morning, lasting some 15 minutes, was quickly warped and twisted by a strong wind current in the atmosphere. Information of great interest to astronomers could probably be gleaned if those who witnessed the spectacle would communicate their observations to me. R. A. Mclntosit, r.u.A.s. 18 Landscape Road, 5.E.3.
