BRILLIANT METEOR
Sir, —The unusual trail left by the brilliant meteor which foil on Tuesday morning, lasting some 15 minutes, was quickly warped and twisted by a strong wind current in the atmosphere. Information of great interest to astronomers could probably be gleaned if those who witnessed the spectacle would communicate their observations to me. R. A.
