; CAPITAL CHARGE 'PJEWESS AGED 12 (PALESTINE OUTRAGES V AUGUST CASUALTIES By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright JERUSALEM. August 22 A Jewess, Rachel Koka, aged 12, is being tried before a Military Court on the capital charge of carrying a bomb. Further outrages occurred to-day in various parts of Palestine. They included a post office hold-up, an attempt to blow up a mail train at Haifa, and attacks on a bus and a cart, in which Jewish workers were returning to their homes. The Palestine Post publishes statistics of the casualties in August as follows:

Three Arabs were murdered on the road between Acre and Safad. Pinned on their breasts were notes bearing terrorist "judgments." AID FOR TERRORISTS ARABS IN SYRIA GERMAN ARMS SEIZED Times Cable LONDON, August 22 The .minutes of the last meeting of the Mandates Commission state that there is clear evidence that Syrian Arabs are assisting tho terrorists in Palestine, but there is no conclusive proof of help from farther afield, says the Geneva correspondent of the Times. Most of tho rifles seized, however, have been German Mausers, 1937 pattern, while recently small quantities of new German ammunition have been seized in Syria and Palestine. Tho entire Arab population in Syria and Lebanon sympathises with the Palestinian Arabs and has assisted gangsters and arms smugglers in crossing the frontier.
