ARM IN A SHARK
A FLORIDA MYSTERY POLICE SUSPECT MURDER NEW YORK, August 22 Tho police at Miami, Florida, are facing a mystery reminiscent of a famous Sydney case. A fisherman caught a 10ft. shark in the Gulf Stream. In the stomach was a man's arm severed between the elbow and shoulder, with a piece of rope attached to the wrist and forearm. The authorities are convinced that the shark did not sever the arm. It is estimated that the limb was in the shark for two days. Manicured fingernails indicate that it was not that of a labouring man. The police suspect murder.
