YACHT LAND'S END
VOYAGE UP THE COAST ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] "WHANGAREI, Tuesday The ketch-rigged yacht Land's End left Russell on Sunday for Whangaroa, her last port of call in New Zealand prior to her voyage to the islands. Mrs. Jeffery, wife of the master and owner, Captain H. Jeffery, sailed with tho vessel, but she will leave at Whangaroa and return to Auckland to await her husband's arrival back from the islands.
A quantity of timber was carried by the vessel, as it is tho intention of Mr. Jeffery to alter tho forward hold to a four-berth cabin for the crew. Tho existing two-berth cabins amidships will bo converted into a stateroom and tho main cabin will bo enlarged considerably. These alterations, it is expected, will bo by tho time the yacht returns to New Zealand waters und are being made for the accommodation of Mrs. Jeffery when she joins, the vessel for the continuance of the cruise,
