TIME-WORN JOKES [from our own correspondent] LONDON, August 6 English dentists are no longer amused by the time-worn jokes of the horrors of the dentist's chair, Mr. Herber Elwood, the new president of the British Dental Association, told the annual conference at Belfast. Furthermore, he said, they were very tire of the endless tales of the sufferings of humanity under dental treatment. They were, on the contrary, more con cerned with the words of Hippocrates.
