Captain Kendrick is a British subject, anil has occupied his present position for IS years. The nature of the charge against him has not been revealed. The British Ambassador in Berlin, Sir Xevile Henderson, has ashed the Foreign Ministry for an explanation. Captain Kendrick was driving with his wife when he was stopped by Gestapo officials.
