THREE DECAPITATED ESPIONAGE FOR PAYMENT (Received August-'2O, 12.5 a.m.) BERLIN. August 19 Pink posters attached to advertising pillars, announced the decapitation of three Germans convicted of high treason by espionage and the reception of money from a foreign intelligence service for information liable to endanger the Reich.
