Concessions in France
Advice has been received by the Automobile Association (Auckland) that New Zea landers who intend to visit Franco next year will bo able to obtain a touring card which will entitle tho holder to reduced fares for railway travel and to petrol vouchors to buy fuel at a preferential rate. Tho touring cards will not bo transferable, and will be issued only upon production of an official document with a photograph proving that the applicant is domiciled abroad and intends to stop for not less than five consecutive clays in France. This new arrangement is similar to the concessions extended to tourists in Italy, where hotel tariffs, railway fares and petrol prices are considerably reduced for tourists visiting tho country.
