Once again a seaplane has been tho means of saving a life. When H.M.S. Dorsetshire was 60 miles out at sea otf the Chinese coast the other day a seaman was suddenly taken desperately ill with appendicitis. He was flown by seaplane from the warship to Hongkong, where he was operated on successfully.
