DEFINITE PLAN SHORTLY MR. LYONS' STATEMENT CANBERRA, August 18 The Prime Minister, Mr. Lyons, stated to-night that satisfactory progress had been made in the negotiations between the" British, New Zealand and Australian Governments regarding the Tasman air-mail service, and he expected a definite plan would bo submitted to the respective Governments within a few clays.
