NEW ZEALANDERS' WIN DEFEAT OF QUEENSLAND (Received August 15, 7.-10 p.m.) MELBOURNE, August 15 At the basketball tournament to-day New Zealand beat Queensland, 13 —9. The New Zealanders' good positional play attracted attention, as did their sure handling and swift passing.
