LATE SAMUEL INSTILL ONCE HAD VAST FORTUNE RICHER THAN ROCKEFELLER (Received August 12, S.-IO P-m.) CHICAGO, August 12 The will of the late Mr. Samuel Insull, whose fortune before thft crash of the scores of public utility concerns which he controlled was estimated to be greater than that of Mr. John D. Rockefeller, showed, when granted probate, that he loff £250 in cash and debts totalling £3,500,000.
