NORTH SEA RESCUE
AWARD TO GERMAN SHIR (Received August 12, S.lO p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, August 11 The Board of Trade has awarded a sliver plaque to the Gorman motorvessel Wilhelm Gustloff, in recognition of her rescue of the crew of the British steamship Pegaway, when the latter foundered about 25 miles north-west of the Terschelling Light on April 4, during a gale of hurricane force and in mountainous seas.
