DUTCH STEAMER
AUCKLANDERS entertained To mark the entry of the passenger steamer Tasman into the monthly direct South Pacific Line service between the Netherlands ladies, French Indo-China, Singapore and New Zealand, an At Home was held in the ship yesterday afternoon. The hosts were the ft o ?"**' Packet Navigation Company, Russell and Somers, Limited, the Auckland agents, and Captain C. A. M. Kramers, the master of the Tasman. About GO Auckland importers and exporters were present. Taking 15 passengers from Auckland the Tasman is scheduled to sail at noon to-day for Wellington, and will leave there on Thursday for the East, via Sydney
