NAVAL MISSION IN LONDON British Wireless RUGBY, August 10 The head of the Turkish Naval Mission, Captain Said Halinan, has arrived in London in connection with the advance to bo made by Britain to Turkey by way of a loan not exceeding in the aggregate £0,000,000, to enable Turkey to purchase in Britain materials necessary for defence.
