Public Notice is hereby given that the Papakura Borough Council, pursuant to its powers under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1033, the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1020, the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1020, the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1032-33, and their respective Amendments, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, intends at 7.30 p.m. on MONDAY, the 20th day of August, 1038, to make and levy for the year ending March 31, 1030, the following rates upon the Capital Value of all rateable property as appearing in the Valuation Roll for the timo being in force for the Papakura Borough, to be paid in ono" instalment to the undermentioned at tho Borough Office, Coles Crescent, Papakura, on Soptembor 1, 1038.
