WEEKLY VISITS TO OFFICE (Received August 10, 0.5 p.m.) British Wireless ■ RUGBY, August 0 The Foreign Secretary, Viscount Halifax, will come to London to-morrow for a visit to the Foreign Office, which he is paying weekly during the recess. It is likely that he will have a talk with the Prime Minister, Mr. Chamberlain, in the course of the day.
