RADIANT HEALTH CLUB
AILMENTS AND THEIR CURE ' LIFE-GIVING ELEMENTS How ailments attacked the human system and how they could be cored was tho subject of an address given by Mr. R. J. Terry to members of the Radiant Health Club on Tuesday night. "Natul-c," he said, "puts a little of all her good things into her products: all well diluted and all in such a form | that the human body can easily make j use of them. They can be called lifej giving elements." j The need for these varied according j to age, sex and occupation, Mr. Terry j said. Any lack or any excess would produce conditions that disturbed the normal bodily functions and upset the balance. As' a result, symptoms of various kinds showed themselves and wei*e given names according to their nature. Tn the same way as the balance was npset, so it could be restored bv natural means. Nature's chemistry was far superior to man's, he continued. Natural immunity to disease was given by the Creator, and would continue until old age if the balance in living were retained. Living food elements were found in all natural foods, to suit the people in every climate and latitude, but very often they were destroyed by man, either bj foreing growth for commercial purposes or by preparation in kitchen or faetorv. Mr. Terry also referred to the harm to plants by artificial manures. He said they feq liently upset the natural balance, and in tho end affected the health of both animals and man. All foods grown in their own seasons were of much greater value than those grown cut ot season, and were cheaper. It was wise to follow nature's lead, and a departure from her methods brought about disturbances and, finally, separation. Radiant health was natural to all.
