INDIAN TEAM'S TOUR j dannevirke eleven beaten [BY TELEGRAPH —'PRESS ASSOCIATION] DANNEVIRKE, Tuesday Although Dannevirke scored the first rroal. there was little element of competition in the match with the Prince of Manavndar's hockey team to-day. In drv conditions and on a the Indians were masters of the .situation all the time and scored eleven goals to their opponent s one. , The brilliant play of ShaDabuddin on the riclit wins, particularly appealed to the crowd. HLs speccf down the sideline and per ect control made openings for several „onls. In between spells of attack the forwards rested while the backs held off tho Dannevirke al-t-ink with perfect confidence. G. Robinson, centre-forward, scored Dannevirke s ttoal from a centring hit by N. Robinson right wing and captain, who was the outstanding ward in the Dannevirke side. The score was 4-1 at half-time, Sultan Khan having obtained two goals and * eroz Khan and Hussian one each. Lam and Fcroz Khan scored in quick miccession early in the second half. Four goals, one b> Fcroz Khan and three by Shahabuddin were gained in tho last- quarter of an hour.
