Nt tho Imperial Conference on agricultural cooperation at Glasgow this week, that tho next conference he held in New Zealand during tho Centennial Exliiliitiort. The idea wns favourably received, and it is understood that discussions with New Zealand oHlcials arc to follow. Tho conference at Glasgow was attended by Mr. F. S. Arthur, New Zealand's representative on tho international Wool Secretariat. It was arranged by tho lloracu L'lunkott Foundation in co-operation with various agricultural organisations in Britain. There were interesting discussions on a wido range of subjects, including the young farmers' movement in the Empire, commodity marketing, co-opera-tion and nutrition, agricultural cooperation and consumers' co-operation.
