9000-TON CRAFT READY (Received August 5, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, August 4 The cruiser Manchester, the third and last of the 9000-ton cruisers ordered under the 1935 programme, .left Hawthorn, Leslie and Company's yards at Hebburn, JJurham, to-day, for acceptance trials. On the conclusion of these she will proceed to Portsmouth.
