QUEEN'S MOVING LETTER
PUBLICATION AFTER DEATH AFFECTION FOR RUMANIA (Received July 20, 7.in p.m.) BUCHAREST. Jul.v 29 In a moving letter written by Queen Marie to the Rumanian people just before her death, she begs them to remember her by the name "Mother of All.'' which was given her during the Circat War. "Alter the war I was forgotten, but that is the fate of all mothers," the Queen wrote. The letter is published simultaneously with her will, in which she leaves various castles to each of her children, including the exiled l'rince Nicholas. "Bless you. my dear Rumania, country of my joys and griefs," the letter ends.
