COLLISION IN CITY
YOUNG MAN ARRESTED* A rental ear, with two young men as passengers, emerged from High Street into Shortland Street shortly before four o'clock yesterday afternoon, struck a ear parked on the northern side, and drove it on. to the footpath. The rental car also grazed another vehicle. All three were slightly damaged. A crowd quickly gathered. A constable on duty in Queen Street heard tho noise, and later arrested a young man.
