DRAMATIC PRESENTATIONS A series of dramatic presentations from the works of Charles Dickens, under the direction of Mrs. I>. ,T. Morris, was presented by members of the Dickens' Fellowship in the Penwomen's Club rooms on Thur.sdav
night. Mr. George Cruickshank presided. Introductory readings to each sketch were contributed by Mrs. J. W. Koaly, Mrs. G. Cruickshank and Miss M. Robinson.
Die sketch, "Fanny Squeers' Tea Party," from "Nicholas Nickleby," was reproduced by Miss L. Wreghitt, (Tilda), Mrs. Morris (Fanny Squeers), Mr. T. Clarkson (.John Browdie), and Mr C. W. Brandon (Nicholas). "Afler.v's .Marriage" from "Little Dorritt," was presented by Miss F. Robinson (Affer.v), and Mr. Brandon (Arthur Clennam)- "Mr. and Mrs. Snagsby At Home" from "Bleak House" was given by the Rev. C. 10. Perkins (C'hadbomD, Mrs. F. Cable (Mrs. Chadbond), -Mr. G. R. Turner (Mr. Snagsbv), Miss F. Robinson (Mrs. Snagsby), and Miss Wreghitt (.Glister). The presentation of "In Mr. Tulkinghorn's Rooms" was undertaken by Mr. (■. Cruickshank (Mr. Tiilkinghorn), Mrs. Morris (Madamoisello llortonse), and Mr. G. R. I urner (Air. Snagsby). i
