TEST OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEM [FROM Ol'R OWN CORRESPONDENT] HAMILTON. Wednesday An experiment in tlio electrical hcating of schools by moons of a panel system is being tried out at the Pinko Koad school, Gonlonton. It enables the building to l>e koj)t at an even temperature throughout the day by thermostatic control. Members and officers of the Central Waikato Klectrio-l'o\vor Hoard attended a social gathering to mark the turning: on of the current and congratulated the school on being selected fur tho experiment. The teacher. Mi«s D. M. Glass, expressed the opinion that the nonmethod would result in greater otucieney. Under tho old system an hour was every morninc in the wvnter through tho children being unable to concentrate on their work owing to the cold.
