KI'ITI, "Wednesday A fine of £5 was imposed upon a Maori, "Rum Roll, in the Justices' Court at To Kuifi on a charge of assaulting JTapua Piiharahoki at the Maori pa on July 10. Accused, who pleaded guilty, was also ordered to pay a doctor's fee of JCI Is. The complainant suffered fractured nose, fractured rib and black eye.
