CROQUET PARTY
ROCKY NOOK MEMBERS An enjoyable evening was arranged by the ladies of the Rocky Nook Croquet Club on Wednesday when many members of both the croquet and bowling clubs and their friends were present. The evening was spent in games ;tnd dancing. A programme was presented by Miss Dorothy White and Miss .loan Sniythe, who recited, Messrs. •I. Bailey and A. Cooper, who sang. Mr. Neil Grav. who gave humorous numbers, and Mr. and M iss Dunne, who gave exhibitions of tap dancing and the sailors' hornpipe. Dance music was supplied by Mrs. Dawson, and the accompanists were Madame Dunne and Mr. 11. F. Garland. The president of the croquet club, Mrs. Barton, received the guests, she and Mr. V. R. Fllisdou. president of the bowling club, extending a brief welcome to the visitors.
