WOMEN'S DIVISION

Tirnu. —The president, Mrs. C. Allen, presided at tho monthly meeting. It was decided to call a public meeting to arrange for a Plunkot afternoon, and it was also decided to bold points competitions each month.. Two now members, Mesdames Eliot and Knight, were welcomed. The hostesses for the afternoon were Mesdames J. Stewart and P. A. Moore. Ngaruawahin. Thore was u good attendance at the monthly mooting, at which two new members wore enrolled. An address 011 adult education was given by the presidont. Tho monthly competition was won by Miss B. McClaren, with Mrs. Sherlock second. Tho hostesses for tho day wero Mesdames Given and Birkett. Glorit.—A new member M as welcomed at tho monthly meeting. Two babies, thp children of members, were each presented with a silver mug. The results of tho competition wero: Mrs. Street, 1; Mrs. Hocklv, 2; Mrs. Gardner. 3. An amusing sketch was given by Mesdames Hockly and Dickerson, and afternoon tea was served by Mesdames Fn-rr ru-1 TVt—'r.n
